What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean sports shoes are required.

Registration and classes will begin on September 8, 2025.
The TRX training programme is designed to effectively train all the muscles of the body. Since there are no particularly complex exercises in this programme, both beginners and advanced athletes can participate. When working with TRX belts, not only are the main muscle groups trained, but also mobility developed and internal muscles responsible for the balance of the body engaged.
