- What to bring to the training? Sportswear is required; no footwear is necessary for a workout on mats.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ONE OF SPORTS MODULE CHOSEN, WE RECOMMEND ATTENDING CLASSES TWICE A WEEK!
This is a workout that exercises various muscle groups by using different weights and rubbers. With all muscle groups involved, body shape is improved faster, the musculoskeletal system is strengthened and posture is adjusted. These activities give you a fresh feeling that lasts the whole day.
