Judo/Sambo
- Training duration: 60 min.
- Intensity: Individually adjusted.
- Physical skills being developed: All muscle groups are trained.
- What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean sports shoes are required.

Judo and Sambo is a tremendous and dynamic combat sports that demands both physical powerss and great mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, it includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponents down to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or joint locks until submission.
Judo/Sambo wrestling has a positive effect on the human body, develops physical abilities, forms moral qualities, discipline, autonomy and integrity. This sport is suitable for both men and women.
