What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean sports shoes are required.

Volleyball is a team sport which requires to trust your teammates. This game improves dexterity, jumping ability, speed and tactical thinking. During these sessions the basics of volleyball are learnt (transmission from above and below, filing, attacking kick) and the latest rules of the game introduced.
