The "Fitbox" training system is designed for healthy and able to exercise people who want to get stronger, more familiar with kickboxing technique, challenge themselves in sports or simply diversify their leisure time. Fit boxing training includes learning kickboxing techniques, doing a lot of body-strengthening exercises and simply having fun. The training system consists of four main components:

- basic kickboxing technique;
- combat kickboxing technique;
- functional training;
- dynamic games
Classes will start from the 9th of September, 2024

After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.

There is a limit of how many students can participate in one lecture. If you were not able to register to specific time, please choose another time or another sport.
