These are high-intensity training sessions that use small weights (2-5 kg). The exercises simultaneously engage several muscle groups in your body making the workout more effective in comparison to more localised exercises for individual muscle groups. Training with weights and using other means strengthens the activity of the heart vessels and provides a greater movement amplitude. Intense physical exertion burns fat, relieves stress.
