VILNIUS TECH invites interested parties to purchase real estate or tangible assets that have been declared surplus or unsuitable for use.

Important: The auction of tangible and real estate assets takes place at Saulėtekio Ave. 14.

Tangible Asset Auctions

Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH) announces auctions for the sale of buildings in Lithuania owned by the University. The funds received from the sale of this real estate will be invested in the improvement and development of VILNIUS TECH infrastructure.

Auction Ticket Prices

Participant ticket: EUR 2.00
Spectator ticket: EUR 1.00
Security Deposit

A participant security deposit of EUR 58.00 is required. The deposit is deducted from the purchase price of the acquired item. The difference between the deposit and the final purchase price, or the full deposit if no purchase is made, is refunded within five working days after the auction.
Payment and Registration

Individuals wishing to participate in the auction must pay for the participant or spectator ticket and the initial deposit by transferring the amount to the VILNIUS TECH bank account.

Auction participant registration takes place at Saulėtekio Ave. 14 (VILNIUS TECH Library, 2nd floor), Vilnius.
Auction Rules

Auction participants must present a valid identity document, an authorisation if representing a legal entity, and copies of the payment transfer confirmations.

Payment for property purchased at the auction must be made by bank transfer to the specified account within three working days after the auction.
Second Auction and Property

If the property is not sold at the first auction, a second auction is held at the same address and under the same conditions.

Successful bidders are responsible for dismantling and removing the purchased property at their own expense within five working days after payment has been made.
Claims

The auction organiser assumes no responsibility for the quality of the purchased property and does not accept any claims.

If the purchased items are not collected within the specified time limit, they will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
