Nordplus scholarship for Teacher mobility within the NORDTEK network during Spring 2027

 

NORDTEK, which apply for Nordplus grants each year, is a network of Technical Universities in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

  • The minimum duration of the teacher exchange is 8 teaching/working hours.
  • The exchange can include teaching, tutoring, development of teaching materials/intensive courses, etc., but not research.
  • The content, scope and dates for the exchange should be agreed with the host institution beforehand.
  • The amount of the scholarship:
    Travel to/from Iceland: 660 EUR and between the rest of the countries: 330 EUR. Accommodation: Per week (5 working days) 500 EUR, per day: 100 EUR
  • Depending on the rules of each university the scholarship can either be paid directly to the teacher or to the department depending on who pays for the costs.
  • The scholarship is paid after the mobility and as soon as the travel report and other documents have been handed in to your local NORDTEK mobility contact person. It‘s the NORDTEK Secretariat at Linköping University, Sweden that will do the payment.

Green travel
A green travel top-up of 150 EUR will be provided for all mobilities funded by Nordplus. Green travel top-up is paid from NORDTEK budget (financed by membership fees). This top-up applies to travel using sustainable methods such as carpooling, buses, trains and ferries. To receive the top-up, participants must submit supporting documents (e.g., tickets, invoices) to NORDTEK mobility support, Ms. Anna Andersson anna.andersson@liu.se
Payment of the green travel top-up will be paid together with the Nordplus scholarship.
