Mobility participants' experiences

Representatives of the Department of Biomechanical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Kristina Daunoravičienė and Dr. Jurgita Žižienė, visited the orthopaedic device manufacturing company “Camp Pro” in Stockholm, Sweden, the largest company of its kind in the Stockholm region.

During the visit, latest technologies and manufacturing processes were introduced and discussed opportunities for collaboration benefiting students, academic staff, and researchers of the Medical Engineering study programme.

It is especially gratifying that the visit was facilitated by VILNIUS TECH alumni Agnė Kuznecovaitė, who is currently employed at Camp Pro. This is an excellent example of how medical engineering graduates help build bridges between the academic community and professional practice.
