OPEN CALL FOR “ERASMUS+” VISITS (2026-2027 AUTUMN)
We invite to submit applications for “Erasmus+” training (academic and non-academic staff) visits for the autumn semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. The deadline for applications is 7th of June, 2026.
The online application process is as follows:
- Connect to manovilniustech.lt;
- Select “International opportunities“ > “Erasmus+” > “Apply for training visit”;
- You will be redirected to the Mobility Online system. After completing the application, select “send application”.
Please note that the Mobility Online system does not work with VPN, you should disable VPN before submitting the application.
Priority for training visits is given to:
- candidates participating in the “Erasmus+” programme for the first time or who have participated less than other candidates in the last 2 years;
- visits aimed at strengthening cooperation between departments and preparing draft cooperation agreements with VILNIUS TECH;
- candidates actively contributing to the internationalisation of their departments and/or the university (i.e. organising student/staff exchanges, developing study or subject programmes with foreign partner institutions, preparing subjects in a foreign language, preparing applications for international projects);
- candidates working at VILNIUS TECH with a workload of at least 1.0 full-time equivalent;
- candidates with fewer opportunities (more information).
Please note:
- participation in conferences is not covered by “Erasmus+” funds;
- if you plan to go to the Blended Intensive Program (BIP, teaching visit), please indicate this in your application;
- teaching visits are only possible to institutions with which we have inter-institutional agreements (list of partner institutions below).
The results of the applications will be announced by 22th of June, 2026.
Staff mobility visits should take place by 31st of January, 2027 (European countries) or by 30th of June, 2027 (other countries).

Selection process is organized by the International Relations Office in accordance with Erasmus+ Programme regulations.
Unlike teaching mobility, a signed Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement is not necessary for training visits.
Training mobility may include: Courses and workshops; Job shadowing; International Staff Weeks; Other professional development events.
Important dates
Selections for Erasmus+ staff mobility take place twice a year:
- Spring selection: May – June.
- Winter selection: December – January.
Applications are submitted via mano.vilniustech.lt. After logging, you will be redirected to the Mobility Online platform.
Details about the selection process are published on mano.vilniustech.lt and sent to each staff member by email.
The Erasmus+ grant is provided as a contribution to the subsistence and travel costs of the participant. The support is not intended to pay the participation, training or other fees related to the mobility activity.
The grant is awarded as a fixed amount that does not depend on the participant’s actual expenses.
Fixed subsistence rate:
- Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, France, Sweden, Finland, Germany €190 per day
- Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia €170 per day
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Hungary €148 per day
- Other countries €190 per day

- Green travel this is a trip that uses low-emission vehicles, such as buses, trains, or trips with fellow travellers using the same vehicle.
