Visa Update

Starting from 1 July 2023, national visas (type D) are no longer issued to full-time students arriving to study at registered and operating higher education institutions in the Republic of Lithuania. Foreigners who wish to study legally in Lithuania as full-time students must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) instead of a national visa (type D).
