The objective is to educate individuals with a Master's degree in management, equipping them with the ability to creatively apply new knowledge in engineering economics and management. These professionals should be adept at efficiently overseeing economic and managerial processes within dynamic environments, aiming to generate value for consumers.     Master can successfully work in national and international organisations as various profile management and development specialist, is able to carry out and apply independently scientific and applied researches, to form and make accurate management decisions in private and public sector organisations.     Strategic management course discusses implications of strategic management, business strategy, sources of competitive advantage, relationships between organization and competitive advantage, industry analysis, competition and market niches, competition in concentrated markets, entry in the market and competitive advantage, value creation in value chain, strategic management in changing environment, globalization and strategy, corporation strategy, strategy development process. Taking into consideration the peculiarities of contemporary strategies and analyzing international experience of organizations, the students are acquainted with the main models and tools of strategic management; the role of leadership is discussed; the factors impacting strategy are revealed; the problems and the means how to overcome these problems in order to successfully implement strategy are discussed.

    The main problems occurring in smart economy are analyzed, the possible solutions of these problems are discussed. The aim of this course is to enable students to analyse and evaluate the processes of economic transformation, structural changes in the economy; to identify and assess the impact of various factors on the modern market and; to critically assess current economic challenges and solutions; to analyse, select, justify a business model for the solutions proposed / to promote the development of responsible and sustainable business models.

    Taking into account the principles of modern business management and analyzing international experience, students are introduced to the processes of business projection and management, information is provided on the preparation of a business plan and business risk assessment, and they are introduced to business projects, their processes and the peculiarities of their management.

    Aviation specialists are introduced to safety assurance and management in the aviation industry, acceptable international and national requirements and recommendations.
