At university, students often face various challenges, including academic pressure, social difficulties, and changes in lifestyle that may negatively affect their emotional well-being and overall health. Psychological counselling helps students cope with these challenges, manage stress, build psychological resilience, and adapt more successfully to both personal and academic life.

Consultations are available in person (Saulėtekio Ave. 11, S6) and online, in Lithuanian and English.

Meetings and training sessions are organised several times each semester. Students are informed about them by email, while staff can find information about upcoming training sessions on the Academic Support Centre website.
Important information about psychological counselling
The number of counselling sessions is limited.
The duration of a consultation is 50 minutes.
The consultation time will not be extended in case of late arrival.
Registration for consultations is required in advance by email.
If unable to attend, please inform the psychologist as early as possible.
Communication between sessions is limited to registration matters or crisis situations.
