Important dates
Selections for Erasmus+ staff mobility take place twice a year:
- Spring selection: May–June
- Winter selection: December–January
Applications are submitted via mano.vilniustech.lt. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Mobility Online platform.
Details about the selection process are published on mano.vilniustech.lt and sent to each staff member by email.
To ensure a smooth process, please complete the following steps before your departure:
The Erasmus+ grant is provided as a contribution to subsistence and travel costs.
- The grant does not cover participation, training, or other fees related to the mobility activity.
- It is awarded as a fixed amount, which does not depend on actual expenses incurred by the participant.
- Subsistence and travel rates are set according to Erasmus+ regulations.
Fixed subsistence rate:
- Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, France, Sweden, Finland, Germany €190 per day
- Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia €170 per day
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Hungary €148 per day
- Other countries €190 per day

- Travel distance means the distance between the place of origin (the place where the institution is located and the place of activity), and "amount" means the funds allocated to cover the costs of travel to and from the place of activity. Check the distance here.
- Green travel this is a trip that uses low-emission vehicles, such as buses, trains, or trips with fellow travellers using the same vehicle.

The grant is awarded as a fixed amount that does not depend on the participant’s actual expenses.
