Student mobility for studies

The Erasmus+ study exchange programme offers VILNIUS TECH students the opportunity to study at another partner higher education institution and fosters academic growth, independence, and intercultural understanding, enabling students to broaden their horizons and enhance their future career prospects.

All VILNIUS TECH students, except first-year students, can participate in the programme. Students has the opportunity to spend at least two months studying at another European higher education institution during the autumn or spring semester.

The total mobility period cannot exceed 12 months per study cycle (or 24 months for integrated study programmes).

Important dates

  • Main selection for autumn/spring semester: January–February
  • Additional selection for spring semester: August–September
Choose a partner university that aligns with study programme.
Discuss the selected courses with the faculty Erasmus+ coordinator.
Submit an application via the Mobility Online system.
Confirm the Acceptance Letter once received.
Sign the Learning Agreement before departure.
Check the fixed travel cost details
Check scholarship
Find out about additional financial support options
Sign the financial agreement covering the scholarship and travel expenses.
Submit a request to the Rector for Erasmus+ mobility.
Arrange travel, visa and insurance documents.
Study according to the approved Learning Agreement.
Possible changes
To extend your semester, consult your faculty Erasmus+ coordinator and the International Relations Office.
