Search in the virtual library, copy of part of the publication

We invite you to search and order publications for research and studies in the VILNIUS TECH virtual library https://vb.vilniustech.lt, where you will find:

• Books, journals, theses and manuscripts;
• Ebooks and articles;
• Ebooks and articles in subscribed databases and open access e-resources;
• Standards etc.

Access to the content of the databases from a personal computer is available from VILNIUS TECH computer network or via VPN. As a security measure, two-factor authentication is additionally required (i.e. verification from mobile device app or by call)

Steps to order a publication:

• Log in to your account at VILNIUS TECH virtual library https://vb.vilniustech.lt.
• Find the publication you are interested in, open it, and click “Request”
• If the publication is available in multiple reading rooms, select the “Pickup Location” where you will pick up the publication.
• Send a request
• Once the request is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation message “Your request was successfully placed.”
• Wait for an email notification about the prepared order and come to pickup the publications.
• You can track the status of your request in your VILNIUS TECH virtual library account under My Library Card / Requests

Order a copy of part of a publication:

The library provides the option to order a copy of part of a publication*

• To order, go to the VILNIUS TECH virtual library at https://vb.vilniustech.lt,
• Find the publication you need, and click “Digitization”
• Specify the pages of the part of the publication you wish to receive
• Submit the order
• You will receive the copy of the publication part by email

*This service is paid. Only part of the publication (not the entire publication) can be ordered for personal use, in accordance with the requirements of the Copyright and Related Rights Law of the Republic of Lithuania. The received copy may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes.
