Members of the VILNIUS TECH community can enjoy a wide range of services and activities, from library services, exhibitions and theatre performances to creative workshops, dance classes, summer camps for children and community events.

The University is committed to employee well-being. It provides sick pay, organises flu vaccinations and offers access to gym and sports facilities, as well as opportunities to take part in various sporting events and competitions.

VILNIUS TECH employees have wide-ranging opportunities for professional development, from research placements in Tampere or Hamburg to the enhancement of subject-specific competences at the University. Tuition fee reductions, as well as free training sessions and events organised by the Library and the Sustainability Centre, support continuous growth and learning.

All employees are granted two additional days per year for health and well-being.
