Integrating sustainability into organisational activities to enhance competitiveness

Led by Dr Tadas Radavičius Duration: 12 academic hours Held in person (with remote participation available)

About the course

During the course, participants will explore opportunities to secure European Commission funding in priority areas such as digitalisation, industry, the circular economy, and others. They will gain practical experience in proposal writing and in joining existing consortia. Through practical examples, participants will develop competences that help attract funding for their organisations through Horizon Europe, LIFE, the Innovation Fund, the European Innovation Council (EIC), and other programmes.

The course is led by Dr Tadas Radavičius:

  • 6 years of experience in preparing approximately 50 EU proposals (14 successful)

  • former Head of Sustainability at the BOD Group (photovoltaic modules, energy storage systems, and eyeglass lens factories)

  • researcher at the University of Bern (Switzerland) and VILNIUS TECH

  • sustainability consultant

At the end of the course, participants will also receive 2 hours of free consultation with Dr Tadas Radavičius.

    Course overview:
    During the course, participants will gain practical knowledge on how to apply sustainability in their organisations. They will learn how to use sustainability to increase sales and attract funding for sustainability innovations.

    At the end of the course, participants will also receive 2 hours of free consultation with Dr Tadas Radavičius.
