Short course: Sustainable supply chain management

The course provides a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and tools used to develop sustainable supply chain models, as well as to measure, evaluate, and select appropriate strategies for existing supply chains in the context of sustainable development.

Participants will explore various supply chain strategies and assess activities and measures from a sustainability perspective. Through case studies, practical tasks, and independent work, participants will develop skills to analyse, evaluate, design, and manage sustainable supply chains and their strategies.
