The course provides a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and tools used to develop sustainable supply chain management, as well as to measure, evaluate, and select appropriate strategies for existing supply chains in the context of sustainable development. Participants analyse various supply chain strategies and assess activities and tools from a sustainability perspective. Through case studies, practical tasks, and independent work, participants develop the skills to analyse, evaluate, design, and manage sustainable supply chains and their strategies.
