VILNIUS TECH FBM invites you to an open lecture with a guest from the USA

Our guest speaker is Ryan Davis, a sales and leadership expert from Nashville, USA. He spent more than eight years with the Southwestern Advantage program. Later, he became the Director of Sales Development at Southwestern and created the international leadership training and mentorship program Southwestern LEΔD, which has already reached more than 10,000 students and young professionals across the U.S. and Europe.

During the lecture, the speaker will share practical insights on creating a clear direction for a team, making difficult decisions, and bringing strong people together around a common goal. The session will also cover common leadership mistakes and challenges related to motivation and burnout.
