- What to bring to the training? Sportswear is required; no footwear is necessary for a workout on mats.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ONE OF SPORTS MODULE CHOSEN, WE RECOMMEND ATTENDING CLASSES TWICE A WEEK!
Circuit training - excercises for many muscle groups, combining the work of not only muscles, but also blood circulation, heart and other body systems. These workouts are effective and require less time to achieve the same effect than classic workouts. In addition, these workouts are suitable for people of any physical ability, age, gender and body mass. During Circuit training body works as a unified system for all the targeted muscle groups. It is recommended to perform these exercises two times a week.
Classes will start from the 5th of February, 2024

After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.
