Cross-training is a physical activity that combines strength training and cardiovascular workouts to engage the entire body. This approach integrates different exercises and techniques from various sports and fitness disciplines, promoting overall physical fitness. By incorporating a diverse range of movements, cross-training helps improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination, while also reducing the risk of injury. It is particularly effective for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to balance muscle development, enhance performance, and maintain a well-rounded fitness routine.
