Interactive LED Display

Interactive LED Display

This nearly four-meter-wide LED display, boasting a resolution of 6,724 large pixels, is the result of a collaboration between Danske Bank Market IT Group and VILNIUS TECH “LinkMenų fabrikas.” At first glance, it looks like a sleek, modern interior piece—a simple white canvas-covered stand. But once switched on, it transforms into a vibrant interactive LED display.

The LED display was a complex project requiring a variety of technical and engineering solutions. Its production involved the latest rapid prototyping technologies, including 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC milling machines, completing the entire process in just three months. The materials used included metal, plywood, acrylic glass, and LED strips. For practicality and ease of use, the display was designed to disassemble into segments that can be reassembled as needed.

The secret behind its bold pixel design lies in the LED lights, each housed in 33.3 mm square cells, creating the distinctive large-pixel effect.
