How to get started at “LinkMenų fabrikas”?

To use the workshops and tools at “LinkMenų fabrikas”, students must attend a workshop introduction. Depending on the type of workshop you need, you can choose from prototyping, media, or audio studio introductions.

During the introduction, students will learn about the workshop spaces, rules, safety guidelines, reservation system, and how to use the equipment. This ensures safe, independent work and helps students make full use of the available resources.

Prototyping Workshop Introduction

Students will get introduced with the 3D printing, electronics, metal, woodworking, and painting workshops and their equipment. After completing this introduction, students can use all first-floor equipment, from soldering irons to CNC machines. This introduction covers all first-floor workshops and is not divided by individual areas.

Media Workshop Introduction

Students will learn to use the photo and video workshops. After this introduction, students can use all studio equipment, including cameras, lights, backgrounds, filters, and everything available in these workshops.

Audio Workshop Introduction

Students will learn how to use the audio studio equipment and basic recording techniques. After this introduction, students can independently prepare simple recording sessions and operate the audio software.
