Information for Agents Regarding Foreign Students Recruitment Services
Programme aim and objectives:
The Strategic Action Plan of VILNIUS TECH for 2024–2026 sets out the main institutional objective of VILNIUS TECH: to educate qualified specialists, foster creative and socially active professionals capable of successfully working in both Lithuanian and international academic and labour markets; to carry out international-level experimental and applied scientific research; to concentrate scientific activities within units of the highest competence; to implement a policy for attracting recognised researchers; to create innovations for society; and to become a leading university in the Baltic States in priority fields of science.
To implement this primary objective, one of VILNIUS TECH’s key tasks is to develop the study process. The monitoring indicator for the implementation of this task is that, from 2026, the share of foreign students must reach 25% of the total student population of VILNIUS TECH.
With the aim of procuring the services of student recruitment Agents, VILNIUS TECH enables all Agents meeting the set criteria to conclude identical contracts, without competition and under equal conditions, through a pre-defined selection procedure (the Selection). In this way, a system is created under which, during the period of its validity, VILNIUS TECH undertakes to conclude contracts with all Agents who meet the same requirements, undertake to provide the relevant services under pre-established conditions, and are allowed to join this Selection throughout its entire period of validity.
Terms of cooperation:
- All Agents operate under equal conditions;
- Identical service provision agreements under pre-established conditions will be concluded with all Agents who meet the specified requirements;
- The duration of the Selection and the maximum validity period of the contract is until 30 August 2030.
