As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with members of Talent Acquisition team in Lithuania and on global level and cross-functional teams to support business and help them to hire top talents.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
Supporting Citco recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, local job boards.
Preparing and posting vacancies to online jobs portals, universities and social media sites.
Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assisting with scheduling and conducting interviews.
Participating in talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
