We invite you to visit the exhibition “Passengers of Dreams” featuring graphic artworks by Edita Augustaitytė, on display in Gallery A located in the VILNIUS TECH Library (Saulėtekio al. 14).
Edita Augustaitytė graduated from Marijampolė Art School and the Kaunas Higher School of Art and earned a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Art has accompanied her since childhood. Colours, lines, textures and proportions play a significant role in her work, combining to create a unique reflection of her inner world.
According to the artist, a drawing usually begins with an eye, which serves as a point of reference and support. From there, lines lead into imaginative spaces where shapes, patches of colour and textures intertwine. Her creative process reveals a constant search for balance between introverted restraint and extroverted expression.
Fifteen of the artist’s latest works are on display in the exhibition.
The artist sincerely thanks everyone who encourages her to create, supports her in sharing her work, and takes an interest in her artistic journey.
The exhibition will be on display in Gallery A from 1 to 29 October.
