On October 21 at 12:10 PM, at the invitation of Dr. Liudmila Lobanova, Lecturer at the Department of Management, Cognizant Lithuania Team Leaders Goda Ašmonaitienė and Lilija Balaišė will give a lecture titled “Motivation at Work”. The lecture will be held in English in room S3 (SRK-I) 709.
The “Motivation at Work” session aims to explore various types of motivation and their importance in the workplace. Participants will learn to identify the characteristics of a motivated and engaged team, as well as effective methods for measuring team motivation and engagement. The session will provide practical strategies to enhance team motivation, including goal-setting, communication techniques, and examples of successful motivation programs. Through interactive activities and group discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into fostering a motivating work environment.
