Our former colleague and dear lecturer, David Reid Anderson, invites you to an open conversation about cancer, where he will share his personal journey – from the first medical examinations and diagnosis to navigating the challenges of treatment.
By sharing his story, David hopes to encourage others to take their health seriously, seek medical advice, and not put off important health checks. He believes that open and honest conversations about cancer can help people feel less alone, raise awareness, and remind us all of the importance of looking after our health.
David will be joined by his doctors from the National Cancer Institute (NCC): Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aušvydas Patašius, a leading Lithuanian urologist at the forefront of European clinical research, and a resident urologist and a PhD candidate Ugnė Mickevičiūtė.
