When Goals Become a Path to Growth: A FBM Lecture with Guest Speakers

This year, on June 3 at 6:10 PM, at the invitation of the lecturer of the Department of Management, Dr. Liudmila Lobanova, the Cognizant Lithuania team – Justina Mazaratij-Jaroš (Team Lead), Erika Nagienė (Team Lead), and Eglė Kalesnikienė (Team Lead) – will present a lecture titled “Performance Management.”  The lecture will be held in Lithuanian in S3(SRK-I) 108 auditorium.

During this session, guest speakers from Cognizant will explore how to set SMART goals, lead meaningful performance conversations, and provide effective feedback. Drawing on real-life examples, the lecture will highlight the importance of all three performance management tools in leading strong, growth-oriented individuals and teams.
