VILNIUS TECH has joined the international Erasmus+ project “Tech4Impact”, aimed at strengthening social entrepreneurship skills among students in technical fields across Europe.
The project addresses a key challenge: students in technology-related disciplines often lack the knowledge and tools needed to develop solutions with real social impact. Tech4Impact seeks to bridge this gap by connecting higher education, vocational training, and industry.
During the project, partners will:
– develop new curricula for higher education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions;
– create a digital learning platform with MOOC courses;
– establish mentorship and incubation programmes for aspiring social entrepreneurs;
– develop tools to help learners build and track their skills pathways.
A strong focus will be placed on practical learning, enabling students to tackle real-world challenges related to sustainability, digital transformation, and societal change.
VILNIUS TECH will contribute by developing and testing innovative learning approaches and strengthening collaboration with international partners across Europe. Project brings together expertise from higher education, vocational training, and the social economy sector.
The project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme and implemented in partnership with organisations across Europe.
