The IGLO Implementation Working Group cordially invites you to participate in the third edition of IGLO in Action on Lump Sum Funding. Building on the success of the first two editions, this event once again brings together practitioners who are directly involved in lump sum projects under the EU Research Framework Programme.

“The event offers a dual perspective. On the one hand, it provides a dedicated space for practitioners to exchange experiences with peers and discuss challenges and best practices. On the other hand, the insights shared during the discussions will be compiled in an anonymised report, which will be made available to decision makers and other relevant stakeholders. In this way, your practical experience can help inform how lump sum funding is designed and implemented in the future”, say the organizers of the event.

The event will take place online on 21 May, from 10:00 to 12:30 (Brussels time) (11.00-13.30 local time). After a short introduction, we will hold discussions in facilitated small groups. Commission staff will be present as listeners only. The focus of the event is firmly on practitioners, who should be able to share their experiences openly and freely.

This edition of IGLO in Action on Lump Sum Funding will focus on the practical implementation of Horizon Europe/2020 collaborative (multi beneficiary) projects. In particular, we are interested in your experiences with aspects such as reporting, amendments, checks & audits, and monitoring.

Due to the nature of the discussions, participation is restricted to applicants who meet all of the following criteria:

• Employees of an organisation carrying out R&I projects (excluding consultancy agencies, associations, and NCPs)
• Personal involvement in the administrative and financial implementation of projects
• Experience with at least one Horizon Europe or H2020 lump sum collaborative project that has completed at least one reporting period

The number of participants is limited and only two people from the organization can participate. If you want to participate, please contact VILNIUS TECH Knowledge and Technology Transfer Centre.

The organizators reserve the right to review registrations before confirming participation. In addition, to ensure geographical and organisational diversity, confirmation of participation may not be immediate.
