From September 10 to October 17, we invite you to visit Jolanta Sereikaitė’s exhibition of small-scale graphic works.
Small-scale graphics resemble miniatures in form, encouraging viewers to notice every detail and symbol, to enjoy the precision of the drawing, and the interplay of lines and shapes. The created series reveal themes of flowers, the feminine world, and animals.
This art form is closely connected with the art of the book and illustration – some of the artist’s prints have been used as illustrations in poetry books. Ex libris works, as bookplates, commemorate important events, anniversaries, and jubilees, while also offering a fresh visual perspective on well-known figures.
