We are looking for PROJECT ENGINEER
- Help prepare and organise project / tender documentation (technical info, drawings, files);
- Support pricing preparation (quantity checks, basic calculations, info requests);
- Handle daily communication with clients and internal teams (emails, calls, follow-ups);
- Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely submission of documents to the client;
- Support opportunity search and outreach by monitoring market sources;
- Join site visits when needed — a great way to see real projects come to life.
- Currently studying towards, or recently graduated in, Civil / Structural / Construction Engineering (any assistant-type experience is a plus, construction field even better);
- Good numerical understanding and ability to work with documentation;
- Motivation and eagerness to learn technical information and construction project flow;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Confident communication skills (email + phone);
- Fluent Lithuanian and English;
- Confident in standard office tools; AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus, not a must.
