We’re ProBots — a startup putting real, working robots into real businesses. The SDRs get the customer excited. The sales team closes the deal. But you? You’re the one who shows up, sets the robot loose, and makes the customer’s jaw drop when it actually works. No pressure. (Okay, a little pressure — the good kind.)

The role
You’re our person on the ground. You run demos that sell the dream, then go back and launch the real thing on site — configuring, testing, and making sure the robot does its job from day one. When something goes sideways (robots are still robots), you’re the calm, capable human who figures it out.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Run live product demos at customer sites and make them look effortless
- Install, configure, and launch robots in real working environments
- Get customers’ teams comfortable — a bit of training, a bit of hand-holding, a lot of reassurance
- Troubleshoot on the spot when reality doesn’t match the manual
- Feed what you learn back to the team so the next launch goes smoother
- Be the face customers remember — because you’re the one who made it work
You’ll thrive here if you
- Are genuinely handy — comfortable with hardware, tools, and figuring out how things fit together
- Stay cool when something breaks in front of a customer (it will, occasionally)
- Can explain tech to non-tech people without making them feel dumb
- Like being out and about, not chained to a desk
- Are organized enough to run a launch start to finish without dropping the ball
- Get a real kick out of seeing something you set up actually run
Background in tech installation, field service, mechanics, robotics, or IT is a big plus. But if you’re a fast learner who’s great with your hands and even better with people, we want to talk.
The setup
This is a hands-on, in-the-field role covering customers across Lithuania, so you’ll need a driver’s license and be up for regular travel. We’ll make sure you’re trained, equipped, and never sent in cold.
The money
Base salary plus a bonus every time a demo you run converts into a customer. You’re not just installing robots — you’re helping close them, and you get paid when you do. The better you are in front of customers, the more you take home.
