IEEE Xplore AI Research Suite: Trial of a New AI-Powered Tool

October 26, 2026

Until November 9, 2026, try the new AI-powered tool in the VILNIUS TECH-subscribed IEEE Xplore database: IEEE Xplore AI Research Suite. It helps researchers search for scientific information more efficiently, understand article content faster, and discover new insights. The tool offers AI-generated summaries, in-context definitions of key terms, enhanced search capabilities, and verifiable results based on peer-reviewed content available in the IEEE Xplore database. Specifically optimized for IEEE content, the platform delivers accurate, high-quality research outcomes:

  • New AI-powered insights based on trusted content from IEEE
  • Time-saving summary overviews
  • AI-generated topic and article summaries
  • In-context definitions to help researchers grasp new concepts faster
  • In-platform notations to align with the researcher’s workflow
  • And verifiable results

JoVE for Education: Video-Based Learning
On October 29 (Thursday) at 2:00 p.m., we invite the VILNIUS TECH community to attend an online training session on JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments), the video-based database subscribed to by VILNIUS TECH. JoVE is a video platform designed to enhance understanding of scientific processes, methods, and complex concepts through visual, research-based content. Its resources support learning, teaching, and research activities, making them valuable for students, lecturers, and researchers alike. During the training, participants will learn about the different ways JoVE resources can be used, including searching for videos by subject area and learning objectives, using visual content to explain complex concepts and experimental methods, integrating resources into lectures, laboratory classes, and independent learning activities, as well as embedding videos and quizzes into the “Moodle” learning environment. Whether you are already using JoVE or are just beginning to explore its resources, this seminar will help you discover new ways to incorporate them into your studies, teaching, or research. There will also be time for questions, discussion, and the exchange of ideas and best practices. The seminar will be held in English. Participants joining via Zoom will be able to use automatically generated Lithuanian subtitles in real time. The seminar will be delivered by the JoVE team supporting VILNIUS TECH: Catalina Dragoi, Senior Customer Success Specialist, and Azgi Almamedova, Account Manager. All training participants will also receive certificates of attendance. Registration
