Publications, indexed in Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, Crossref, PubMed and ScienceDirect databases can be registered easier and faster by employing the possibility to import publication data from these databases into eLABa.
In order for the registration process to be fast and smooth, we kindly ask you upon receiving and e-mail notice from eLABa system or letter from a librarian, fill the publication’s entry with the missing data, since we will not be able to approve the publication without it, and the publication will not appear in the generated publications lists (reports).
Authors themselves can generate their publication lists (reports) in the eLABa system. The possibilities of compiling reports depend on the rights granted to the eLABa user:
- The author can only generate personal reports, which are formed only from those publications in which he is mentioned as the author / co-author.
- Reports of University departments and lecturers, researchers, or students may be formed by persons with the rights of the registrar of the department and librarians.
Information about generating publication lists (reports) in the eLABa system is provided in VILNIUS TECH Library’s website’s Scientific communication section’s VILNIUS TECH Publications part Formation of publication lists (reports) in the eLABa system.
Answers to the most common questions regarding VILNIUS TECH authors’ publications sorting into groups within the institutional publications lists (reports), accounting, and assessment may be found in the University’s Moodle course’s „Edukologijos medžiaga VILNIUS TECH dėstytojams“ section „Mokymų medžiaga naujiems darbuotojams“ (file Accounting and evaluation of VILNIUS TECH scientific publications 2024.pdf).
