Project description

The project will assess the emerging opportunities and challenges of generative and transformative AI, and its implications for the Creative Digital Industry. This will be done using an ethical and legal approach, with the goal of building trust and better adoption of the technology. A specific focus will be placed on understanding the best practices for how educational institutions can better prepare for the market changes that AI brings, as well as identifying new demands and skill gaps.

The team will implement continuous and extensive research, analysis, and reporting activities, develop guidelines and recommendations. AICI will organize practical training workshops for teachers, students, and graduates from partner HEIs to acquire the most demanded and needed skills of generative and transformative AI at that moment. The team will work together to develop the Generative Storyboard AI application and ensure continuous sharing and dissemination of project-generated knowledge.

The results will be to create an understanding of generative and transformative AI technologies in CDI, prepare HEI’s and students for this shift, and develop Generative Storyboard AI tool. The project will also create a network of relevant skills needed working with generative and transformative AI in CDI, and in doing so will address EU priorities of digital readiness, resilience and capacity, digital and green capability, and improving competencies of educators in a wide variety of fields.
