From initial resistance to eventual acceptance, we’ll unpack what it really takes to help individuals and groups adapt, grow, and thrive in evolving environments.

We’ll look at:

– Why change feels uncomfortable – how to inform about the change gently and lead through it

– The stages of adaptation and how to support each other

– Building a culture where continuous change becomes second nature
