This year, on October 28 at 12:10 pm, at the invitation of the lecturer of the Department of Management, Dr. Liudmila Lobanova, the Cognizant Lithuania Team Rasa Žėkaitė & Eugenijus Kaupas will give a lecture “Values-based leadership and ethical leadership“. The lecture will be held in English in S3(SRK-I) 709 auditorium.
Lecturers will aim to explore what defines good leadership. While many hold leadership roles, truly great leaders are rare. Being appointed as a leader is a mandate, but how one fulfills that role is a journey. Becoming a good leader is not a destination, but a continuous path shaped by values and ethics. Organizational ethics and values influence leaders, and in turn, leaders become ambassadors of those principles. Otherwise, values remain mere declarations without substance.
Don’t miss out on this valuable and engaging session!
Lecture moderator: Dr. Liudmila Lobanova
