Study programmes
Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes are offered in business management, administration, marketing, organisational strategy, and entrepreneurial leadership. The Department of Management oversees the following study programmes and specialisations:

To strengthen the quality of research and international visibility:
- To promote publications in high-level international scientific journals (Q1–Q2 journals).
- To develop international and interdisciplinary research projects.
- To participate in international scientific conferences and networks.
- To actively cooperate with international research institutions and research centres.
- To involve doctoral students and early career researchers in research activities.
To ensure the quality of studies aligned with global standards and focused on student progress:
- To implement innovative teaching methods.
- To promote students’ critical thinking, creativity, and independence.
- To strengthen students’ international competences: promoting ERASMUS+ mobility, teaching in English, and participation in international projects.
