Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH) is taking part in the Erasmus Staff Mobility programme. This action encompasses the mobility of academic and administrative staff for the purpose of carrying out a training period.

OPEN CALL FOR “ERASMUS+” VISITS (2024-2025 SPRING)
We invite to submit applications for “Erasmus+” teaching and training visits for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
The deadline for applications is 12th of January, 2025.
The online application process is as follows:
Selection criteria:
The priority will be given to teaching mobility, first-time participants and those who teach in english.
Erasmus+ partner institutions in the EU
Erasmus+ partner institutions outside the EU
Please note:
Selection of Teaching visits is managed by faculties, selection of Training visits is centralized.
The results of the applications will be announced by the 31st of January, 2025.
Staff mobility visits should take place by 30th June, 2025.

The online application process is as follows:
- Connect to manovilniustech.lt;
- Select “International opportunities“ > “Erasmus+” > “Apply for teaching/training visit”;
- Select “send application”.
Selection criteria:
- Results of previous visits, applied new teaching methods, established new partnerships, initiated new DDP programmes, etc.
- Sustainability of cooperation with partner institutions: mutual exchanges (i.e. number of visiting colleagues from partner HEI), joint project applications, articles, and identified host companies for students‘ traineeship abroad.

Please note:
- participation in conferences is not covered by “Erasmus+” funds;
- if you plan to go to the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) for a teaching visit, please indicate this in your application;
- teaching visits to EU countries are only possible to partner institutions, training visits to EU countries - to all institutions/companies. Visits to non-EU countries are only possible to partner institutions.
