Principles of the VILNIUS TECH Basketball League

The league is guided by the principles of fairness and respect for opponents, teammates, and organizers.

The VILNIUS TECH Basketball League is a new sports project for the university community, organized for the first time for VILNIUS TECH students and staff.

This is a new format, based on trust, honesty, and the participants’ own responsibility for maintaining a positive gaming culture.

The goal of the league is not only to determine the strongest university team, but also to build an active, respectful, and united community in which every participant matters.

Regular-season games are conducted in accordance with the principles of “Fair Play,” so the teams themselves keep score, make calls on plays, and ensure fair competition.

We believe that the VILNIUS TECH community can create a league where athletic performance is important, but fairness, respect for opponents, and a sense of community are even more important.

The VILNIUS TECH Basketball League is more than just a tournament. It’s a new university tradition that we’re building together.

Motto – Respect your opponent! Win by points!
