About the course

Life cycle thinking is a comprehensive approach to assessing the environmental, social, and economic impact of a product or process throughout its entire life cycle, from concept and raw material extraction to disposal or recycling. It provides a holistic perspective, emphasising the interconnections between all stages and the importance of evaluating each of them to avoid unintended negative consequences.
