September 2020 scholarships now open

Full and partial scholarships for Bachelor’s degree study programs

We’re offering full and partial scholarships for the best and brightest international students applying to the first year of Bachelor’s degree studies in the academic year 2020-2021.
Students who are 21 years of age or younger, and who are meeting all the selection criteria, can apply for either a full scholarship (tuition-free) or a partial scholarship (50% tuition). Applications close 1 May 2020.
 
What we need from you
You’ll need to provide us with:
•    Your previous academic achievements and examination results (Full scholarship – min. 80% of the max. GPA; Partial scholarship - min. 70% of the max. GPA). If you’re in the final year of high school, then you’ll need to obtain a transcript for all completed study semesters issued by your school.
•    A Motivation letter (max. 1000 words) telling us about why you want to study at VGTU, e.g. your personal qualities, strengths and weaknesses that could influence your education, highlights of your most important professional/academic achievements to date. Also, tell us about your specific goals and objectives in your chosen study program at VGTU, and how the University will benefit to have you as a student.
•    Two (2) references or letters of recommendation provided by your teachers.
•    Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2).
•    extracurricular activities related to the programme chosen at VGTU.

Firstly, go to https://apply.vgtu.lt and submit your application to a wished study program. Secondly, you’ll need to register in here:

Please take note, you must provide all necessary documents at the time of your application.
If you meet our requirements then we ask you to record an interview after submitting the application and registering for a scholarship.
We will not consider any application without the registration, an incomplete application or non-payment of the application fee.

Students who are 26 years of age or younger, and who are meeting all selection criteriacan apply for either a full scholarship (tuition-free) or a partial scholarship (50% tuition). Applications close 1 May 2020. 

What we need from you
You’ll need to provide us with:
•    Your previous academic achievements and examination results in Bachelor’s studies (min. 70% of the max. GPA). Students currently in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree studies must submit their transcript issued by university for all completed study semesters.
•    A Motivation letter (max. 1000 words) telling us about why you want to study at VGTU, e.g. your personal qualities, strengths and weaknesses that could influence your education, highlights of your most important professional/academic achievements to date. Also, tell us about your specific goals and objectives in your chosen study program at VGTU, and how the University will benefit to have you as a student.
•    Two (2) references or letters of recommendation provided by your previous professors (academic).
•    Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2).

Full scholarships for Bachelor’s degree studies programs

We’re offering full scholarships for the best and brightest young citizens of Kazakhstan applying for the first year of a Bachelor’s degree studies in the academic year 2020-2021.
Students who are 21 years of age or younger, and who are meeting all the selection criteria, can apply for a full scholarship (tuition-free). Applications close 15 July 2020.
 
What we need from you
You’ll need to provide us with:
•    High School Diploma and Unified National Testing Results Certificate (Сертификат).
•    A Motivation letter (max. 1000 words) telling us about why you want to study at VGTU, e.g. your personal qualities, strengths and weaknesses that could influence your education, highlights of your most important professional/academic achievements to date. Also, tell us about your specific goals and objectives in your chosen study program at VGTU, and how the University will benefit to have you as a student.
•    Two (2) references or letters of recommendation provided by your teachers.
•    Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2).
•    extracurricular activities related to the programme chosen at VGTU.

Full scholarships for Master’s degree studies programs

We’re offering full scholarships for the best and brightest young citizens of Kazakhstan for the full period of their Master’s degree studies in the academic year 2020-2021.
Students who are 21 years of age or younger, and who have no outstanding academic debt, can apply for either a full scholarship (tuition-free). A small administration fee is payable at the time of application. Applications close 15 July 2020.
 
What we need from you
You’ll need to provide us with:
•    Previous academic achievements in Bachelor's degree studies (min. 80% of the max. GPA).
•    A Motivation letter (max. 1000 words) telling us about why you want to study at VGTU, e.g. your personal qualities, strengths and weaknesses that could influence your education, highlights of your most important professional/academic achievements to date. We also need to know about your specific goals and objectives in your chosen study program at VGTU, and how the University will benefit to have you as a student.
•    Two (2) references or letters of recommendation provided by your previous professors (academic).
