We invite you to visit the artworks exhibition „Earth – the Planet of Insects“ by Rita Kaniušaitė-Grikšienė, currently on view at Gallery A (Saulėtekio al. 14, 2nd floor).
The collages presented in the exhibition are colorful, fragmentary works where drawing, painting, textile motifs, and various textural elements intertwine. In their layered space, the structures of the living world merge with mechanical and cultural symbols. The images are rich in textures and unexpected transitions, evoking the presence of insects—nearby, not always visible, yet perceptible.
These works reveal a constant balance between reality and dream, between rational order and the instinctive creativity of the subconscious.
