We invite you to visit the graphic art exhibition „Paths of Eternity“ by Daiva Sveikackaitė, currently on view at Gallery A (Saulėtekio al. 14, 2nd floor).
Author about herself
I am a creator, an explorer and observer of my surroundings since childhood – ever since the barefoot girl who spent her most meaningful summer days in her grandmother’s village. It was there that the foundations of my personality were formed and continued to grow. Getting to know nature, being immersed in it, and experiencing the boundless joy brought by its elements became my primary sources of inspiration.
Later, as I began to explore the layers of human culture, my world expanded even further. I became fascinated by art, music, history, religions, and architecture. Delving into these fields led me to symbolism and the understanding that the world is a tapestry of meanings, signs, and symbols. They form a universal language – a shared history that unites us all. I am interested in fairy tales and legends, as well as the traditions, creative heritage, and cultural legacy of Greek, Egyptian, Asian, Arab, and many other cultures. I believe that every moment of life shapes and forms who we are.
About Exhibition
In the artist’s work, motifs of nature and humanity intertwine organically with geometric shapes, mysticism, and hidden secrets. Every detail is woven into a coded symbol containing deep cultural, mystical, and philosophical meaning. These symbols not only enrich the compositions aesthetically but also act as subconscious signs, creating a unique and magical atmosphere.
The exhibition invites you on a personal journey – to pause, observe, and listen. Allow the artworks to speak through your own life experiences and discover your individual interpretation within the „Paths of Eternity.“
The exhibition at Gallery A is open until December 31.
