On December 10 at 13:45, we invite you to gather in the hall near Auditorium 03 (S2), where members of the Academic Scout Movement – friends of our academic community – will arrive carrying the Bethlehem Peace Light.

This tradition, sustained for more than three decades, begins with a flame lit in Bethlehem and spread across the world by Scouts, reminding us of the universal aspiration for peace. This Wednesday, the flame will reach our university.

The Scouts come with the motto “Into the Future with Hope!” and will invite you to share in this symbol of peace and tranquility. Those who wish are welcome to bring their own candle – the flame is passed from hand to hand, like a quiet promise to share goodness and light with everyone we meet.
