This application system is intended non-EU applicants. Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania or other member states of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), as well as persons (non-EU/EEA) granted a right of permanent residence in the Republic of Lithuania, holders of Diaspora and people of Lithuanian origin have a possibility to apply for a state-funded place. During the studies, special consideration is given to modern information systems, software systems engineering, modern databases, knowledge engineering, business process simulation, aspects of the application of artificial intelligence in information systems.

- solving the problems of information systems design, development and modernization by comprehensively applying the knowledge about the latest database development techniques, systems engineering concepts, business process modeling;
- defining the possibilities related to the application of innovative information systems development methods, choosing the right technological tools for their deployment, applying quality management techniques and standards for information system management;
- choosing and applying software engineering methods for the development of information systems, proposing business information system architectures and implementing them;
- using research findings.
