“I am here, and where are you?” – that’s a common interpretation of the meaning of wolf howls. Howling creates the bond that keeps the pack strong and together. A wolf pack is an excellent example of caring for each other and striving for a common goal. Wolves are very intelligent, have remarkable powers of endurance and ability to plan several steps ahead. For many years, one member of the pack – Vilkas Gedas – has been trying to unite all wolves of VGTU. There are over 75 000 VGTU wolves around, they all feel the bond and know the symbol of the pack – Vilkas Gedas.

 

From now on the University’s mascot enters the world of fashion. Today a new collection of pullovers and baseball caps with image of Vilkas Gedas was presented to VGTU’s community in a hammock park, and members of VGTU community had chance to win items from the new collection in a quiz on wolves.
